喜。怒。哀。乐

Just get to know that a good friend of mine accepted her boyfriend proposal. I am so happy for her. 不是没一段恋情都能修成正果。But this is only the beginning of a new chapter.
Friday got my consumer behaviour exam, Ivy and I planned to enjoy ourselves. We go to those auntie salon to wash hair and set off to Holland Village for a nice dinner.
Purely due to the nice decoration of the restaurant, we decided to dine in this restaurant - Mykii. We ordered their restaurant special (2 main dish, 1 appetizer and 1 pot of tea) and decided to change our table. Cos they bring us to the most inner of the restaurant which is out of the main hall. After we have change our table, then the manager told us that it is reserved. Imagine that the main hall with so many tables and it is all reserved.
The food is not nice and the choice is limited. I wonder is there anybody reserved the seats??? I know that I am wearing t-shirt and shorts but they can't discriminate their customer. We are not requesting to seat next to the window. (I believe that restaurant arrange customers to seat near the window or the door to show that a lot of people choose to dine in their restaurant and attract more customers.)We still need to request for 2 glass of Ice water. We are entering a restaurant that requires us to pay 7% GST and 10% service charge, the ice water should serve us at the moment we sit down. We don't short pay the bills. By the way, until we step out of the restaurant, nobody seat on those 'reserved' table at all.
I will never step into this restaurant again and I waiting to see this restaurant to closed shop. With such discrimination of customers, poor service, limited choice of food and most important their food is not nice, are they able to survive in Holland Village.
PS: An unhappy customers will tell at least 20 people about their unhappy experience. But I wonder how many people read my blog... got 20 people ma??
The Consumer Behaviour test is tough... I wonder if I could pass the exam.
Watch drama '天冷就回来' super nice... Chewy accompany me to watch this drama, hee hee need her to match with my exam timing. So Sorry about that. I cry throughout the drama...
The Drama theatre at National Library, it is specially open for this drama. But the funny part is why people don't know that library is closed on every public holiday...
