I am an unhappy customer of ...

O Cha

Ivy and I went shopping to Jurong Point on last sat. After shopping for some time, we are slightly hungry and we saw this shop selling green tea products. Actually, we are attracted by its design but the food and drink they sell is totally errrrr...

Their drink is something like bubble tea but the price is about 50% more expensive than that. Their Mocha ice tea costs $2.5 with bubbles. If you want to add milk, you have to pay 50 cents more. If the taste is OK, I don't mind to pay. But the green tea power + ice tea + bubbles, it taste normal. If that is the case, I prefer sweet talk rather then this shop. It is cheap and most importantly it is nice.

I also order a waffle from this shop. PLEASE DO NO ORDER WAFFLE FROM THEM. Any bakery shop waffle taste much better than theirs. Normal shop pain waffle cost only $1 to $1.20 but this shop sell $1.50.

Nail Palace

Their service is normal but the cost is much higher than the rest of the shop. They are opening new shop in Clementi and I decided to give it a try after they are having promotion of both Pedi and Medi of $48. But so careless of me to check is GST included. Normally, most of the shop don't charge GST.

They introduce me a tablet that help to dessolve my dead skins, so I decided to try. On second thought, I am paying $10 more to lighten their load. Even I don't buy this tablet they also need to buff off my dead skin. Ok my stupidness again.

But their charges can be too much like, scrub cost $6 more (Ok, not all shop provide free scrub) and quick dry top coat costs $3 more.

This Pedi & Medi cost me $62+, heart pain...

Tully's Coffee

I try their coffee before but Mr J (chewy BF) strongly recommend their Caramel Macchiato. So decided to give them a second chance. But their barista still cannot meet my standard. It taste better than Cafe Mocha, but not good enough.

This time round their shop are more properly decorated and they have proper cups for their coffee. Last time I tried, their hot coffee are served in paper cups now they have a elegant ceramic cup.

If West Coast Plaza continue to have so many unopen shop, Tully cannot survive base on their weekend crowd. So my second chance is important to them... This apply the same for rest for the shops, that included Starbucks and Coffee Bean and Provence.

my dear...

Its pearls in the macha (green tea powder + water + sugar), not bubbles in the mocha!
